Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return.

✅ Returns accepted if:
 • The item is unused and in original packaging
 • You contact us within 3 days after delivery
 • The item is damaged or incorrect

❌ Returns not accepted if:
 • The item has been used
 • More than 3 days have passed since delivery
 • The item is personalized (e.g. engraved, custom name, etc.)

🔁 How to request a return:
 1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with photos and explanation
 2. We review your request within 24 hours
 3. If approved, return shipping is paid by the customer
 4. Once we receive the item, we issue a refund or send a replacement

نحن نريدك أن تكون سعيدًا بطلبك. إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو غير صحيح، يمكنك طلب إرجاع.

✅ يُقبل الإرجاع إذا:
• كان المنتج غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية
• تم التواصل معنا خلال ٣ أيام من استلام الطلب
• كان المنتج تالفًا أو غير صحيح

❌ لا يُقبل الإرجاع إذا:
• تم استخدام المنتج
• مرّ أكثر من ٣ أيام منذ استلام الطلب
• كان المنتج مخصصًا (مثل الحفر، الاسم المخصص، إلخ)

🔁 كيفية طلب الإرجاع:
 1. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع الصور والتوضيح
 2. سنراجع طلبك خلال ٢٤ ساعة
 3. إذا تم قبول الطلب، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن للإرجاع
 4. بعد استلام المنتج، سنقوم بإصدار استرداد أو إرسال بديل
